If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number or screenshot and clear photos showing the issue.

5. Jewellery Care and Material Information

Jewellery materials and care requirements vary by product.

Gold-plated jewellery should be kept away from perfume, soap, cosmetics, moisturizers, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture to help preserve its finish. Gold plating can fade or change colour over time, particularly with frequent exposure to these substances or friction.

Some customers may experience skin irritation from jewellery depending on individual sensitivities, the materials involved, and wearing conditions.

For products described as titanium, please refer to the individual product listing for the stated material specifications. Any claim of implant-grade titanium or compliance with ASTM F136 should be supported by reliable supplier documentation or appropriate testing.
